Our woven labels for hats, featuring text and symbols, are custom-made from 100% recycled polyester. These labels are fade-resistant, durable, and maintain their shape even after multiple washes. Each label is woven from scratch on professional weaving machines and cut using heat-cutting methods. This ensures that the edges of the labels do not fray and fit comfortably against the skin.

The materials used to make our woven labels have passed ROHS and REACH certifications. This means that the materials used by YUWEI to make hat woven labels have been proven to be free from any substances that may be harmful to human health.

Color blending refers to mixing 2 colors together to create a soft blended effect. The weaving process of our blended color labels is the same as other woven labels, using blended color threads. The blended threads have a subtle shimmer, giving the labels a vibrant yet soft appearance. There are 8 different blended colors to choose from.

Woven labels with text and symbols can be washed in hot water:

Maximum 194°F / 90°C

Iron-on labels should be washed in cold water:

Maximum 86°F / 30°C
