Heat Transfer Labels / Tagless Labels

Are You Running or Want to Create High-Quality Clothing? As a small business owner or fashion brand entrepreneur, you understand the significance of producing top-quality garments. A key aspect of garment production involves labeling as it both informs of and symbolizes your brand identity.

Heat Transfer Labels / Tagless Labels

Heat transfer labels (commonly referred to as "tagless labels") feature designs and information directly applied onto garments instead of traditional tags; this method is commonly employed when ordering custom T-shirts.

Heat Transfer Labels have many benefits that should not be ignored when considering their purchase and use.

Heat transfer labels can easily be attached to garments such as T-shirts using either a heat press machine or home iron, using plastic sol gel ink specially formulated by us that won't crack after multiple washes and can even accommodate different size requirements (S, M, L and XL labels can all be added easily. Plus they come precut allowing direct application.)

How to use:

1. Adjust your heat press machine or home iron to 320degF (160degC). 2. Firmly press for 15 seconds and wait for it to cool before peeling it off and peeling back the protective film. 4. Always wash garments within 24 hours after the heat transfer label has been applied.

Avoiding neck tags altogether with tagless labels is ideal for sportswear and baby clothing brands alike.

How Can Tagless Labels Be Utilized?

This method for attaching labels requires no sewing; simply follow these steps for successful application of labels:

1. Prepare Your Iron or Heat Press Machine Correctly!

Adjust the temperature between 302-320degF (150-160degC). Too low of an temperature won't transfer labels while too high could damage kraft paper backings. When setting an iron in regular mode, avoid steam settings; rather set between cotton and wool settings instead.

2. Iron the label. Tagless labels differ from conventional heat transfer paper by being transparent with their designs facing out while their adhesive backing remains exposed on either side; any white sides should face upward, with their designs situated underneath.

Warning: Be wary if directly applying heat or placing incorrectly may cause the adhesive side of a fabric patch to adhere and stick tightly against an iron, making removal difficult or even impossible.

3. Manage Your Time!

Heat Press (nine second press timer). Home Iron (8-12 second timer, pressing firm without sliding).

Timing Heat Transfer Labels

Heat transfer labels come in two varieties - hot peel and cold peel.

Hot peel labels must be removed immediately by peeling from their corner of kraft paper backing, while cold peel labels need time to cool before peeling is possible.

Storage

Any remaining labels should be stored in a dry and cool area.

1. What is my Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) - Only 3000 pieces! 2. When is Your Turnaround Time (3-4 weeks). 3. Can I Have Different Versions of my Design (VIDs)?

Yes! You have several sizes, backgrounds and design colors from which to select for your LIJIEG figurine. For specific changes please reach out directly to their factory in China.
