Crochet Machine Satin Woven Labels
Crochet Machine Satin Woven Labels
Crochet machine satin woven labels have fixed warp yarns, which are either black or white. This distinction creates two common types: black plain and white plain. Typically, light-colored labels use white plain warp yarns, while darker labels use black plain warp yarns.
These labels are woven using an interlaced warp and weft structure. To enhance quality, manufacturers can either double the weft yarns or double the warp yarns, the latter forming a satin weave structure. This technique results in a soft and smooth texture.
Due to the presence of monofilament, the label’s feel can be adjusted based on customer preferences—either firmer or softer. However, doubling the warp yarns increases density, which limits background color flexibility. Manufacturers strive to meet customer color requirements as closely as possible.
The machine settings for plain or satin weaving are typically fixed, ensuring high-end quality, durability, sharp lines, and a soft texture. Due to their higher production cost, crochet machine satin woven labels are mainly used for international brand coats and suits.
