Features of Flexographic Printed Product Labels

Flexographic printing machines utilize a rotary relief printing process, allowing for high-speed printing and rapid production of large quantities of trademarks and ribbons. Additionally, this method requires less ink, making it a cost-effective printing solution.

However, compared to screen printing, flexographic printing uses less ink, making it unsuitable for dark-colored fabrics or textured materials.

For double-sided printing, the space saved can be used to display more information, helping to reduce costs. If double-sided printing is required, double-sided satin ribbon is recommended.

Flexographic Printing Label Specifications

- Printable Colors: Front side: 1 to 6 colors; Back side: 1 to 2 colors.

- Color Matching: Colors can be adjusted to match specified shades. Gold and silver printing available upon request.

- Printing Size: Maximum width of 150mm; Maximum length of 300mm.

- Recommended Materials: Single-sided polyester satin ribbon / Double-sided polyester satin ribbon.
