What is Care Label Satin?
From women’s lingerie and towels to workwear, you’ll always find the right care label. LIJIE offers a wide range of care labels in its product lineup, all of which are of the highest quality. The cost of LIJIE’s care label satin ranges from approximately $0.05 to $0.12 per piece. Bulk purchases are welcome, with better pricing for larger orders.
Types of LIJIE Care Labels:
1. Washable Label
A durable and flexible washable label with double-sided printing capability. Using LIJIE’s modern HiQ-MACH 4.3 printer at 300 dpi resolution, it’s easy to print clear washing instructions and related information.
2. Luxury Washable Label
The most flexible label in our lineup, specifically designed for luxury textiles. It features (heat) cut edges, eliminating frayed edges. This polyester satin material is suitable for single-sided printing using the HiQ-MACH 4.3 printer.
3. Heavy-Duty Washable Label
This type of label is ideal for industrially laundered workwear and other textiles such as uniforms, curtains, and even saddle pads. It’s also suitable for dry cleaners, providing various solutions. Even after frequent washing, these labels maintain high-quality printing. Single-sided printing is possible with HiQ printers and G7 ribbons.
Care labels are white and available in widths of 30, 40, and 50 mm, with each roll being 100 meters long (50 mm core). Additional widths and/or colors can be provided based on order quantity and customer requirements.
Description of Care Label Tapes:
CL-01
- Material: Optical white polyamide taffeta, non-fraying.
- Features: Double-coated, suitable for double-sided hot stamping, flexographic printing, and thermal transfer; tear-resistant.
CL-01 FR
- Material: Optical white polyamide taffeta, non-fraying.
- Features: Double-coated, suitable for double-sided hot stamping, flexographic printing, and thermal transfer; tear-resistant with added flame-retardant properties.
CL-02
- Material: Polyester satin taffeta, non-fraying.
- Features: Suitable for thermal transfer printing.
CL-03
- Material: Ultra-durable polyester-cotton with polyurethane thermal transfer coating, non-fraying, tear-resistant.
- Applications: Sew-on labels, safety belt labels, identification labels with barcodes.
Usage
Print with suitable inks for acceptable wash resistance.

Usage Limitations:
No issues arise when following the washing instructions of the underlying textile.

- Polyester-cotton (CL-03): 100 g/m² with an additional heat-transferable white polyurethane layer for CL-03 on poly-cotton textiles.

Storage and Shelf Life:
The product has a recommended shelf life of 12 months when stored in its original packaging under optimal conditions.
