A PVC zipper bag is made from PVC material combined with a PVC zipper. Some are designed as flat bags, made by pressing two sheets of transparent material together. They can be printed with silk screen designs and come in various styles, such as matte, with a wide range of colors.

Simplified Process for PVC Zipper Bags:

1. Set up the design and prepare the copper mold for the zipper.

2. Cut the material to the required size, shaping it into the style of the zipper bag. If silk screen printing is required, position the material accordingly.

3. Attach the zipper: the zipper comes with a head, and two layers of material are needed. Then, the zipper head is added.

4. Press the finished product: This step involves pressing the zipper and PVC material together to form a bag. It also requires controlling the pressure of the electric press and the cutting edge intervals, ensuring the zipper bag has smooth, burr-free edges.
