1. Corrugated Paper
Features and Applications
- Lightweight and durable, offering load-bearing, compression resistance, and moisture-proof properties at a low cost.
- Can be crafted into corrugated boards and boxes to suit packaging needs.
Types and Uses
1. Single-Face Corrugated Paper:
- Serves as an inner lining to protect goods from vibrations and impacts.
2. Two-, Three-, or Five-Layer Corrugated Paper:
- Used for product sales packaging.
3. Three-, Seven-, or Eleven-Layer Corrugated Paper:
- Suitable for large boxes and packaging for furniture or large appliances.
Corrugated Paper Grades
- A-Flute: Excellent cushioning properties.
- B-Flute: Stable and ideal for printing and outer packaging.
- C-Flute: Slightly less effective than A-Flute.
- E-Flute: Thin and dense, offering great printing effects, suitable for refined inner packaging.
- F-Flute: Thinner and lighter, suitable for small packages.
2. Kraft Linerboard (Kraft Paper)
Features and Grades
- Tough texture, low cost, good folding endurance, and water resistance.
- Graded into premium, first-grade, and standard-grade products.
Applications
- Used for shopping bags, envelopes, cement bags, and cartons.
- Suitable for food packaging paper requiring strength and water resistance.
3. Whiteboard Paper
Features
- Uniform fibers, compact texture, and consistent thickness.
- Dual-color design: one side white, the other gray, also called gray-backed whiteboard.
Comparison with Other Papers
- Heavier weight and greater thickness, with even ink absorption and strong folding endurance, ideal for single-sided color printing.
Applications
- Used in carton packaging or handmade crafts.
4. White Card Paper
Features
- Made from bleached chemical pulp, available as blue-white coated board, white-coated board, or gray-coated board.
Applications
- Blue-White Card Paper: Business cards, invitations, and cards.
- Copper White Card Paper: Book covers, cosmetic packaging, and hang tags.
- Production Process: Includes plate making, printing, lamination, UV coating, film covering, embossing, and die-cutting.
Advanced Applications

5. Gold and Silver Card Paper
